Why should I use Instabuzz?

Will I get to preview my Ads before they go live?

Yes. After your Ad Consultation, our team will begin designing your campaign. Once created, your Ad Preview will be sent to you. If there are any edits or changes you would like to be made, just let us know!

What if I need to pause or discontinue my campaign?

If you need to discontinue your Ad Campaign for any reason, please send an email to: Info@instabuzz.media Please note, we require ten days of notice prior to your next bill date of cancellation or pause to avoid any further charges.

Where can I look at these ads?

You will be able to view them in the Ad Library section of your Facebook business account. It takes about 24 hours from the day you approve for the Ads to go through Facebook's approval process before they will appear in your library.

Am I locked into a contract?

Nope. All of our plans are month-to-month! We know that effective marketing takes time to grow, but we want our clients to stay with us because they love their campaign, love our customer service, and are seeing a return on their investment! Not because of a contract.

What is my billing cycle?

Upon sign up, you're billed for the first month's Ad time and setup. Recurring monthly billing starts on sign up day, ensuring you get a full 30 days of Ad Time per payment.

Who do I contact about my Ad Campaign?

When you become a client, we will pair you with a Social Media Manager. During your consultation, they will provide you with their contact information.

How do I request my Progress Reports?

Once your campaign has been live for 30 days, your first Progress Report becomes available upon request. To request your Progress Reports please email Info@instabuzz.media Once requested, your Progress Report will be emailed to you.

What’s the difference between a boosted Ad and a Facebook Ad?

Boosting a post is a quick way to put money behind an existing post from your Facebook page, while a Facebook ad is a more thought-out campaign created in Facebook Ads Manager.
